1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ak44 app website at ak44-app.club, creating a player account, or placing any wager — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, or any other product offered on the platform — you enter into a legally binding agreement with ak44 app and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold exactly one registered account on ak44 app. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ak44 app will close all accounts associated with that individual, forfeit any bonus balances, and review real-money balances in accordance with its fraud investigation procedures.

When creating your account, you are required to provide a valid email address, a Bangladesh mobile number, a chosen username, and a secure password. Your account credentials are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person. ak44 app will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ak44 app support immediately so that the account can be secured.

• Password security: Use a strong, unique password for your ak44 app account that is not shared with any other online service. A strong password contains at least 10 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Two-factor authentication: We strongly recommend enabling 2FA via your registered Bangladesh mobile number. This provides an additional layer of protection beyond your password alone.
• Session management: Always log out of your account when using shared or public devices. ak44 app cannot be responsible for account access by third parties on devices you leave logged in.
• Account updates: You must keep all personal information on your account current and accurate. Notify ak44 app promptly if your registered email address, mobile number, or payment details change.

ak44 app reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks at any point in the account lifecycle, including at the time of first withdrawal, when a significant deposit threshold is reached, or when unusual account activity is detected. KYC checks are conducted to protect players and to maintain the integrity of the platform.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on ak44 app are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency is accepted and no conversion fees are applied by ak44 app to your account balance. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned to the originating payment method, subject to any processing time applicable to that method.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This is a fraud-prevention measure.
• Players must ensure that the payment account details registered with ak44 app match those of the bKash, Nagad, or bank account in their own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• ak44 app reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where a bonus wagering requirement has not been fully met, where a KYC check is outstanding, or where a fraud investigation is active on the account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts. These terms supplement but do not replace these main Terms & Conditions.

Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in those funds being voided.

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Households or device clusters attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times will have all associated bonus balances cancelled.
• ak44 app reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to a running promotion will not affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account under that offer.

6. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

ak44 app is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access real-money features of ak44 app while under the age of 18, or assisting an underage individual in doing so.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or using more than one registered account on the platform, whether under your own name or any other identity, real or fictitious.

• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner that is clearly outside their intended scope, including low-risk hedging strategies, coordinated multi-account bonus stacking, or other patterns that constitute dishonest exploitation of promotional mechanics.
• Technical exploitation: Using software, bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tool to interact with the ak44 app platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents intended gameplay mechanics.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a legitimate ak44 app transaction. Where a chargeback is raised fraudulently, ak44 app reserves the right to suspend the account, pursue recovery of the disputed funds, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

ak44 app employs automated risk-monitoring systems that operate continuously to detect prohibited activity patterns. Where suspicious activity is flagged, the platform may place a temporary hold on the relevant account while an investigation is conducted. Players are expected to cooperate fully with any such investigation, including by providing documentary evidence if requested.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary closure: You may request to close your ak44 app account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, ak44 app will confirm your identity and ensure that any pending wagering requirements or outstanding transactions are resolved. Real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal procedures.

Self-exclusion: If you wish to restrict your access to ak44 app for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or indefinitely. Suspension by ak44 app: ak44 app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Detection of prohibited conduct, fraud, or suspicious activity as described in Section 6.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.
• A determination by ak44 app that continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.

Where an account is closed by ak44 app due to a confirmed breach of these terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at ak44 app's sole discretion. Bonus balances are always forfeited upon closure for breach. ak44 app will notify the player of the closure reason, subject to any restrictions imposed by an ongoing investigation or law enforcement obligation.

8. Limitation of Liability

ak44 app provides its platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates reliably and securely at all times, we do not warrant that access to the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ak44 app shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Financial losses arising from gambling activity on the platform, including but not limited to losses on casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, or any other product.
• Loss of winnings or expected winnings due to technical errors, game malfunctions, or connectivity issues on the player's side or on the platform side, provided that ak44 app acts in good faith to resolve such issues promptly.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials, or from unauthorised access to an account that results from the player's own negligence.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank partner, including delays in payment processing or errors in transaction handling on the provider's side.

In the event of a technical error or game malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, ak44 app reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. This is the sole remedy available in such circumstances. No additional compensation will be provided for potential winnings that might have been achieved had the technical error not occurred.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits ak44 app's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
